As you have probably read in the news, the constitution referendum voting was an overall success for the Iraqi people. From what I've heard thousands upon thousands of people came out to vote their opinion on the new Iraqi constitution draft around Tuz. I never got to see any of that, because we stayed away from the polls and let the Iraqi security forces handle any problems that might have arised. Violence nationwide seemed as if it wasn't nearly as bad as we anticipated it. But I can tell you from my stand point, it felt good to help keep the Iraqis safe as they took another step toward developing their new government, no matter how this election turns out.

Good things are happening over here, just don't forget about that.
