Operation Retrieve Daisy is complete. She ... err ... he was rescued during a mission in the town where he was abandoned. Daisy started “running as fast as his little legs would go“ when he saw his soldiers again. He was skinnier, but OK.

Daisy will make a new home either on the FOB (probably not, though) or somewhere else with his buddies (where having him will ruffle fewer feathers).
