Hey people,

Glad to see the site is still kicking without me posting all the time. Not much really to say except the journey is on the verge of getting started. It's been a long five months so far, but I hope the next year just flies by. I have confirmation on where I'm headed now... or at least confirmation that is subject to change. I am waiting until I get to my permanent location in Iraq before I talk about it or distribute my address to everyone. It seems that whenever I give my address out, the next day they tell me I'm headed somewhere else. So I kinda like where I'm headed for now, and I intend to keep it that way.

I appreciate everyone that has contributed to our site thus far. It looks like we have a big hit on our hands. It is also my way of linking up to everyone back home, and I love that. I promise that I'll make more postings when I get settled in at a permanent location, but now we have to be very very aware of operations security, so I am reluctant to say much.

Oh and I almost forgot, I'm in the finals of the company's Madden NFL Tournament. LOL The Carolina Panthers are in tonight's final game against the winner of the Philadelphia Eagles and Tennessee Titans game. It's double elimination and I'm undefeated. So whoever I play will have to knock me off twice, not a very easy task considering only one person has ever defeated me and I knocked that guy into the loser's bracket yesterday and he's been eliminated now. MUAHAHAHA. I'll keep you posted on that!
